Technology
In P-type solar cells, the silicon base layer is doped with boron, creating positive charge carriers known as electron holes. In contrast, N-type solar cells use phosphorus-doped silicon, which produces free electrons as the primary charge carriers. This enables better conductivity, lower energy loss, and higher overall efficiency.

The N-type TOPCon module has lower LID (Light Induced Degradation) and LeTID (Light and elevated Temperature Induced Degradation). It significantly reduces the degradation rate, ensuring more power generation over the module's lifetime.
